the cause isnt about just cheating on your spouse, (although some contracts have that as moral turpitude) many dont, the cause comes from lieing to AD about it.. If you get caught and you lie to the AD about it, thats cause... You have to understand those phones belong to the state, they can check them at any time for any reason...
