Was it not Alleva who hired Orgeron

Alleva did here what he did at Duke. twice.

Took the cheap and lazy way out by promoting the interim.
He got extremely luck that this one worked out.

He does not get credit for this.
His track record for hiring coaches is absolutely abysmal.

Joe Louis Alleva will most likely go down as the most successful AD in LSU history

It’s not really going to be debatable either, unless you are the type of liberal scum that uses emotion and lies instead of facts

Joe Alleva accomplishments:

Hired SEC champion football coach and potential national champion coach Ed Orgeron

Hired SEC champion basketball coach William Wade

Hired multiple Woman’s CWS participant Beth Torina

Accomplished more facility improvements than any AD in history:

These include Tiger stadium renovation, basketball practice facility, new tennis center, new gymnastics facility etc etc

Was head AD in charge of bringing alcohol to the SEC

And despite all his accomplishments everyone wanted him out, must be a legendary screw up in other areas.

Aleva was a lot like John Brady during his tenure. Occasionally hit homerun but just an unlikable guy that turned a lot of people off.

No. Alleva's peers and the media unrelated to LSU didn't respect him. The day he was fired Finebaum was crapping on him more than the local media.

No. If O was a disaster that's good for the Alleva's peers and outside media.

So you are saying O wasn’t also disrespected by peers and outside media?

Would you like a shovel to keep digging your hole?

No. You said that. There's a difference between disrespect and wanting him gone.

I don’t know how to have a reasonable conversation with you if you are saying Orgeron wasn’t disrespected by the national media

Good, cause you like talk in circles all day until there's 5 more pages added on to this and I'm watching KU/Baylor.

Few Simple questions for you.

Why was Alleva never formerly fired?

Why has LSU not cited any reason for reassigning him?

Why is LSU still paying him?

Any theories?

Jesus Christ you too.

Semantics and leaving him some dignity for saps who think he wasn't fired.

Cause he had money left owed to him on his contract.

Even Joe indicated he was forced out so I'd love to know your theory on why he's gone. Surely you didn't take this
quote:

My perception on why I’m not the athletic director there is because some people used the situation with Wade.
as meaning he left voluntarily.

hired coaches in multiple sports (football, baseball, track, golf) that have won national championships.
built Alex Box Stadium (both literally and figuratively).
built the Softball Stadium
the West upper renovation in Death Valley.

not even relatives of Joe Alleva can argue that he’s accomplished any of the above.
that’s not feelings. it’s actual historic facts.

sorry.
