I was there in ‘89 (I believe was the year) and the score was similar. It was pouring rain and Emmitt Smith ran for about 850 yds. Miserable

UF won that game 16-13

I remember going to Murphy's after the game. A bunch of Florida fans in the parking lot starting shite. They got their shite wrecked by some pissed off LSU baws.

Man,that was terrible. I had season tickets, still do. But we had just had our daughter in May and my wife and I had had big fights on me going to games. She didn't think I should go to any, I thought I should go to any I wanted to. This fiasco was the one we settled on.

Miserable night. Cold and an announced crowd of 60,000. You can imagine how many were still there in the 4th. There was a rather large woman sitting in front to the left. All of the sudden there is this sulfur, horrible smell. Fat woman turns around looking side to side red as a beet. That game was a disaster.

89 was Smith's last year at UF but that game was 16-13. 88 was 19-6. Archers worst loss to Florida was in 90 and was 34-6 in the Swamp, that is after Smith had left.

This was pre cell phones. We had 2 groups of tickets. Before the game we said if we were down by 4 touchdowns we would meet back at car. We left midway through 2nd quarter and our other group was already sitting in a running car when we got there. We didn’t say anything just got in car and left

That was a horrible day. Oct 9, 1993. Spurrier ran up the score.

This was my first LSU football game. That memory will remain in my brain until the day I die.

Worst game for me was the 95 game I believe when game day was there. I remember staying up all night drinking behind natatorium and going to a mid day game. It was hot and I was hungover like a mofo. I think I puked 5 times in the urinal.

The first thing I thought of when I read that was the Geico commercial

"Why can't we just get in the running car?"

Well, this year we get a gimpy Kyle Trask. And the first time we sack him, he will be limping his way to the locker room for ex-rays.

That may not be a good thing, the guy behind him looked much more dynamic and talented, just inexperienced.

Also in TGBFTL for that one and, as mentioned before, it was awful having to sit and watch that.
