It's funny they think their Dline is anywhere near Auburn's.

We’ve already been exposed

I don't think anything is 'exposed' when a #1 and 2 team play each other. Exposed would be getting beat by an unranked team like Oklahoma, UGA, Wisconsin did.

Honestly we have 2 very good football teams playing each other this year. I don't really predict a blowout by either side unless one side comes out flat or a big injury happens. I hope LSU comes out on top finally. I think we will, but that wouldn't even mean we exposed Bama.

Maybe so. Here’s some more half empty. Our point totals have also gone down each of the last three games 42,36,23. I think that is also concerning considering our past history scoring against Alabama

Why even watch the game then? Maybe, just maybe, teams tend to score less on better defenses? That’s a little something Alabama wouldn’t know anything about. I guess we will see in 2 days how it all shakes out

I don't expect any Alabama homer to give us credit for anything prior to the game.

Their game synopsis didn't sound like "LSU will be exposed"

It sounded more like a well rounded slugfest

The 23 was played on a field that was getting churned up and against a better DL. 500 yds were still gained.

I mean, what do you expect them to write? "We're all fricked, may as well get your grocery shopping done Saturday afternoon"?

Not really. LSU hasn't looked the same the last two games as they did this first 6. Believe me Saban has every box checked.

The last quarter vs Auburn

Exactly! There was no reason to go into “play not to lose” with a 10 point lead with 10 minutes left in the fourth qtr. All year LSU played with their foot on the gas the whole game. Why did they go vanilla? Makes me think the play calling will be timid if a couple plays don’t go their way! They must go all out from start to finish regardless of what happens!

....let's sit quietly and ponder the reason.........

There are two reasons. One is that we've played better defenses. The other is that there is plenty of film on LSU now. Coaches know what we're trying to do, and they are no longer crowding the box thinking it's 2018.

What he says makes no sense because the only thing that was exposed, they can't capitalize on. If you can't get enough pressure with just your DL, you're going to get roasted plan and simple. Bama doesn't even have the DBs to back up any of that talk.

I would feel better with a close win against AU than a close game thru 3 qtrs with Tenn. Plus the refs helped and the dumb move at the goal line by Guarantano.

LSU has faced several tough defenses and come out on top.

To me, the real question is, "What top offense has that so-called tough Bama D faced?

They've faced one Power 5 team with a winning record, that powerhouse Aggie offense.

Maybe it's that Bama D that will be exposed.
