Come to my section the serve it all night...I have been to games for 25 years....cant say I have been to one yet that I wasn't served some kinda alcohol. Either I brought it in or the wife did or someone with us. For over 70 games the routine is the same by a large coke on my way to my section....drink about half of it and refill with my posion of choice. Pass whats left around...typical protocal in my section not dure about yours. HELL the 97 Florida game I went by myself and had a Terrebone parish cop on duty at the game ask me if my extra seat was taken...he sat for about 30 min. and then he pulled out a fifth as we passed it back in forth....by the nights end he had called two state troppers (both on duty at ganme) over and we were shite faced by the time we upset #1 Florida that night. I got pictures to prove it and night ill never forget in tiger stadium....to this day I have never seen any of them again....but I bet they remember as well.

A very short skirt, not even sure if there was underwear, if there were there they didn't cover much. She took a nosedive into the seats and turned upside down. They men had to literally pick her up and straighten her out, the usher ran over, it was a scene. The usher basically carried her out and that's all I know. The 12 year olds that got the best view were high fiving each other. It was hilarious. I had my younger nieces with me so I tried to contain my laughter.

That will be awsome, that's why I'm cancelling my season tickets. I figure all I need to do is hope and wish for change and because I'm a good enough fan, someone will give me tickets next year.

To the folks saying "money," y'all mean selling it in the stands to the general public would be a losing proposition money-wise?

Bingo, I'm pretty sure 200,000 beers at $7 each would rake in some dough if it were allowed.

Every box I have been in Bama, AU..it's just like the rest of the stadium... you bring your own liquor.
The difference is you don't get in trouble for it. Most box owners have to bring anything they plan on drinking the day before and "stock" their box. Some rule about bringing it in on gameday.

Also there is a box like section in T-town called the "Zone" where instead of a private box you share a large common area with drinks programs and food but you only get a locker to store your booze in.

One of the only schools that I have seen to serve beer at the game is for South Alabama's Basketball arena.....

Here is a question for current/recent LSU students.

Do they sell beer in the Student Union, or elsewhere on campus? Seems like in the early 1980's they sold beer at the Union?

There use top have a bar in the union. But I am not sure when they took it out. I think it might have been around the time they changed drinking age to 21.

OK, that's what I was thinking about, back when 18 was drinking age they served popcorn and beer etc.

Students were responsible and never heard about any problems...

...never got very crowded, and was not that popular like Y.A. says...

I moved to BR from Charlotte, NC in 1980, and the wildest thing I remember was a drive thru store where you could buy draft beer and then drive off !!!!

I'm sure they don't do that any more but that kind of fun helped me bond with BR and LSU.
