Overall opponent results below

Louisville (2-6) - 0 power 5 wins
Arkansas State (4-4)- 0 power 5 wins and 1-3 in the sunbelt
Ole Miss (5-3) 2 power 5 wins (Tex Tech, Arkansas)
ULL (4-4) - 0 power 5 wins
Arkansas (2-7) - 0 power 5 wins
Mizzou (4-4) - 1 power 5 win (Purdue)
Tenn (3-5) - 1 power 5 win (AU)
Tamu (5-3) - 3 power 5 wins (Ark, UK, South Carolina)

24-33 overall record

They have a total of 8 opponents that have 7 power 5 wins between them and of those 7 wins the only team that is ranked is Kentucky

Diving a little bit deeper - of the 8 opponents that Bama has faced they have a total of ONE win against a ranked opponent which would be TAMU over Kentucky

This is why I don't get the talk of them losing and still being in the top 4. They should drop further.

Should? Absolutely.

But they won't.

Bama’s opponents surrendered a total of 3,203 yards for an average of 457 per game this past weekend. They also were able to keep teams off the scoreboard yielding just 35.14 points per game this past weekend.

Ole Miss, the 123 out of 129 defense, was idle this past weekend.

You mis-counted.

It's 29-36. Still the worst opponent record of any Top 5 team.

They would just get to skip another SEC championship game and slide right in. How many times have they done this?

Miami and auburn suck.
Florida was a bad loss.
Florida lost to a crappy kentucky team ( I know their record)
Our Florida loss doesn’t look too good now.
it astonishes me how irrational people are being about lsu this year.

lsu is STILL #3 in espn's strength of record and now up to #6 in sagarin s.o.s.

yet people continue to trash lsu's schedule as if tons of other teams have played better opponents. i'm pretty sure i've never seen anything like this on the rant and that says alot

lsu is freaking 4-1 against the sagarin top 30. that is stout
