The picture that amazed me the most was Saban with a big smile. I don't remember seeing that, even with winning the title last year.

Your are partially correct. What happened in this series before most of these players ever started grade school is as irrelevant as LSU's overall winning record against A&M. But looking at A&M's recent bowl history of 4 straight bowl losses since 2004 that includes 24 and 31 point losses to SEC teams and Miles 4-1 record in bowl games at LSU with an average margin of victory of 28 points in those 4 wins just might be relevant?

If I were an LSU fan I'd probably put more value into that as well since it'd prop me up, but former bowl performance doesn't put points on the board. I agree it appears Miles does well in bowl games (aside from when people water grass).

We've dominated the SEC. Therefore we should dominate all the teams outside the SEC. PERIOD

Exactly what Championships of any kind have we won in the last 3 years? Easy on the arrogance when we have won nothing but a Chickfilet title. Let's actually get back to winning a 6 team division before we brag too much about dominance that has faded.

Also, not to mention, we beat Ohio State on January 7, 2008. Today is December 14, 2010. So, in answer to your question:

Exactly what Championships of any kind have we won in the last 3 years?

Can't wait!

Some Aggies seem to be irritated with the "dates" included in this thread...

The ones where we lost by an average of 7.333 points to top 15 teams (two of which ended with walk-off scores).

I was gonna look up the average point differential and rankings for the bowl games A&M has lost recently, but that would be too much work.

So you want to bring up the past, but when we bring up AtM's past bowl games it's irrelevant
