Hard to pick against Bama.

That said, they're running that spread option offense that Chavis-run defenses have traditionally kept in check.

If A&M turns it over or gives up a big play on ST their chance of winning goes way down. However, if they don't turn it over and play solid ST they could keep it close.

If I was forced to bet I'd take the points.

Hoping for A&M to win.

No true LSU fan can ever pull for Bama ever.

Maybe, but maybe he will be the exposed factor. 'Bama is beatable, but it will take solid OL play and a QB that does not turn it over. On the defensive side, they have to pressure Hurts.

Ever.

This. If you at any time find yourself rooting for bama, you're doing it wrong. I don't even root for them when they play teams in other conferences. No "SEC! SEC! SEC!" for me. I'm a Tiger fan, not a SEC fan.

I've never understood the reasoning behind ever rooting for rival teams.

That's an easy one. We need to route for atm. Bama can recover from one loss to get to the top 4. atm may not be.

That's not what I even meant. I hate both of them. I'm "rooting" for the best case scenario for LSU. Is it really that difficult to understand that it must be explained?

Not rooting for either but I am calling the upset NOW. A & M shocks the college football world and beats Bama Saturday.

Given the standings LSU has to beat both so it really doesn't matter who wins in that sense.

If you are thinking playoffs maybe beating an undefeated A&M team in their stadium in the last game may be a big selling point.

We are NEVER for Afbamastan and remember even if they lose a game (unlikely), the Tedious Tide will still be in the final 4.

Honestly, I root for hurricane/earthquake/tornato to destroy both of their teams. I know I'm mean, but whatever it takes for us to win out, I'm fine with that.
