LSU has played Bama tough in the regular season the past few years, I imagine most feel this game could be a possible upset.

This game is similar to the A&M game they lost last year, at home.

???

And whoever said that we seemed scared on our message board...we arent scared...thatd be kind of weird...but we realize that yall have 4 NFL caliber weapons on yalls offense and that will more than likely keep yall in the game if nothing else.

Victory is not impossible and is more likely than a blowout. Miles maybe afraid of Saban but Saban respects the talent on this team. That will cause him to play conservative and keep us in the game.

Beat Bama last time we went there and that was with Jordan Jefferson and Lee..

Should have beat Bama last season..

The game is always competitive. Hope the streak of road team winning continues for this season.

It's certainly not impossible.

No its NOT impossible. Lsu could go in there and whip Bamas arse. They played a great offensive game quite a few times this year. The offense WILL be more focused and YES Miles brought in CAM to do ONE THING. Beat Saban. The D does need to step up to 2nd half Miss State game status. But YES LSU has a shot. Bama really hasn't played anyone besides A & M. They put up over 600 yds on them. The 1st quarter will be HUGE in this game. LSU can jump out to a lead like they did against Auburn.[ THEY CAN]. IF Miles uses Hill right[which means 25-30 carries] LSU wins EASY. YOU LISITENING LESTER????????????/

For the record, I don't think LSU will win because of the defense.

I just hate the "FACT!" posters that do nothing but shite on everything LSU like knight has been doing.

Why even post if that's what you're going to do constantly?

Now, saying that I don't think LSU is going to win is NOT saying I think it's impossible. I think it's going to be a good game.

I also don't think Alabama is as as good as everyone claims. That's the point of this thread, to be honest. I think they're fool's gold because of their schedule and their performance against the ONLY team on their schedule that has a pulse.

I think Alabama is the best team LSU will play to date and the defense hasn't shown it's capable of holding a decent team down.

If the defense showed a pulse, I think this game could go either way. I don't think Bama is that great, I think Oregon and FSU are both much better but don't think LSU has shown what it takes to beat them, or any really good team this year.

But I thought Alabama would win last year and LSU put up one hell of a fight, so who knows..

Could LSU beat AU right now????? They toyed with them 6 weeks ago and won 35-21.............. Or is AU WAY WAY overated??????? Injuries aside. Could LSU beat UGA right now?????? Not sure. Back to Bama. HILL HILL HILL.. All night long. WINS this game for LSU. He is gonna be gone after this year. USE HIM to win a HUGE game and improve his draft stock at the same time. IMO.

Alabama is gonna stuff the run, cover Landry and OBJ like a glove three sizes too small and send someone at Mett every time he drops to pass. I think for LSU to win, someone else is going to have to step up. Maybe a TE.

One of the reasons (IMO) that the offense is looking less than spectacular now is because LSU depended too much on Mett, OBJ and Landry and any team with a decent defense has picked up on this. I think someone else is going to have to emerge in a big way for the Tigers to make it happen vs Alabama. On offense and defense.

That's the Saban way......... BUT A great O-line performance can change things. ONE great breakaway run by Hill changes this game.

The O'line surprised me last year vs Alabama. While I'm not very optimistic of the outcome, I also understand that this team has talent (on offense) and could put together a memorable game. Combine that with a couple of Alabama turnovers and it's winnable.

I agree here, But depending on the 1st half. If LSU can keep it close and maybe turn the tide and show they can RUN the ball on Bama, Things might be different. But alas I believe that Nick will be pounding the ball in the 4th and score a couple td's after LSU tries to force things and Turnovers begin to pile up. LSU'S D will show up but the 4th q will get to them and end up with a 31-17 win for Bama.

Don't get this at all. Saban was better than Miles before that and will be after until he retires. Miles teams are undisciplined and play sloppy football; always have. So, he had TM7 for a few years to cover up his flaws. Saban's teams are disciplined and crisp; destroying anything in their way. I love LSU but the gap is getting bigger on an annual basis and Bama drums us in 2 weeks.

Saban has lost to a lesser team every year of his entire career except once.
