shite I’d take Gavin Dugas at this point

I’d take Thompson.

Basically that awful stretch Thompson had from the supers to game 2 of the CWS final is what everyone in our lineup but Curiel and Stanfield have done the last 5 sec games.

You can’t lower your ceiling that far. You need some power potential. Larson hasn’t earned a single thing so far.

Bro Jones and Frey aren’t competitive right now either

So why do you want to insert a player who’s been even worse? Just to throw shite against the wall and hope it sticks? Jones and Frey have at least been very good at times this year. Larson has been the worst hitter on the roster this season. You want to talk about a guy who isn’t seeing the ball well and has no confidence at the moment. That’s Larson. So yeah, let’s just start him and hope it works out

I like Stanfield at the 9 as he's been really good there and is followed by Curiel

I do too, but its more about what it does to all the other lineup spots. I don't like Frey in the 2 more than I like Stanfield in the 9. Stanfield, Curiel, Dickinson seems like it should be your top 3 until Jones gets going

He’s had 1/10 of the at bats that Jones and Frey have had not the same sample size at all

There’s a reason why. I’ll let you figure that out.

I understand Jones, but not Frey. Larson has a much higher ceiling than Frey from a pure offensive standpoint.
