I wasn't happy with the broadcasters either.
I understand LSU didn't play well and certainly has concerns going forward, but they definitely went overboard with it.
In a game where they should be well aware that the only people in the country watching are LSU fans, they should have been a little less over-the-top IMO. There is a difference between calling the game and pointing out issues and flat out ridiculing LSU. It was almost like they were enjoying LSU playing poorly and anxiously awaiting the next moment that they could criticize LSU.

Yes, as did his brother. I can't remember which one played with Green and Pollack at UGA. As I said right after the game, I have no problem with their "analysis" of the game. But all they should have discussed was THAT game. The quote that was the kicker was "Ok, Matt, if you had a vote, where would you place LSU. I would place them around 5th. Okay, where would you place UGA? Considering their play with Tennessee today, I would rank them 3rd". Completely unprofessional with the way they handled themselves on Saturday night.

What did anyone here see Saturday night that looked like a top 5 team?
I didn't see much of anything that resembled a top flight football team in that game.
It was hard to watch, stats or no.
I hope they play better against the Gaytors.

I don't see what was wrong with the announcers saying truthful shite about LSU during the broadcast. Should they have been sucking LSU's cock with that performance or something?
They're like D list broadcasters. They aren't the best so they'll harp on the same shite.

Let’s see, their announcing a game between a perennial power with the talent to challenge top-dog Alabama, showing themselves like idiots against Towson. They should’ve just talked about the rain?
