Miles “letting his coaches coach”?

I think there's probably better chance of O letting the coaches coach than Miles and I'm not so sure O can do it either.

m sure I'm in the minority, but IMO Miles was a QB away from posting some job saving 11 win seasons instead of 10, maybe even another SEC title.

he was a QB (which was very hard to get with the offense he was running), a change in offense philosophy and a new OC away. Other than that Miles is about as good as it gets in college coaching. Which is what I said then and say now. Sorry if one particular retard, well known on this board for being a lying pussy bitch, posts like he has little man and short dick complex, considers that "shitting on the old regime".

This from the guy who constantly used Houston losing to Navy and SMU as proof that Tom Herman wasn't good enough for LSU.

That is very correct.

A team ranked #6 in the nation should not lose to a Navy team that went 9-5 on the season and lost to Air Force, Army and Temple. #6 in the nation - great coaching job by Hotlips in that game.

A team ranked #11 in the nation should not lose to an SMU team that was 2-4 at the time and finished 5-7 on the season. Against this GREAT 2-4 team the MAGNIFICENT Hotlips who is an offensive GENIUS mustered 303 total yards and 13 first downs. SO, it definitely wasn't the offense's fault for the loss to a team they were favored to beat by 23 points by the score of 38-16. Any team with an amazing output of 300 yards against against a 2-4 SMU deserves to WIN.

You only left out the Memphis loss and San Diego State arse kicking.

#6 loses to Navy.
#11 loses to the nationally renowned 2-4 juggernaut known as SMU 38-16 despite being favored by 23.
#20 loses to Memphis
NADA ranking loses to San Diego State 34-10.

Hotlips was 5-3 in his conference. His TEAM - going by the rankings Richdaddy is so fond of - had BY FAR the most talented team in the AAC.

You are still proud of Hotlips loss to Connecticut in his first season. A LOT of people didn't even know Connecticut had a football team until the GENIUS Hotlips somehow managed to lose to them.

Very unfortunate that UCONN finished with a losing record on the football field that year.

O never wanted Canada and his bull shite offense. He had to go out and make a hire and put his first choice of OC SE ON HOLD. THATS A FACT. Now everyone in place we roll some heads next year. Nega tigers deal with it!!

Wow you really think this bullshite is some kind of legit defense of O too. If this were true it would be the most obvious sign O is in over his head imaginable. You’re saying he basically wasted a year to make it look like he was following through on his bullshite promise to hire the best coordinators and let them coach, only to push his only coordinator hire to date out the door in lieu of his BBQ buddy already on staff. Amazing

AND THEN IN THE NEXT PARAGRAPH TOUTS O'S INTERIM TENURES.

When comparing the two coaches must current DECADE of coaching yes.

Coach Eaux took over a USC team that had gone 4-7 its last 11 games leading to Kiffin being told Bye-Bye on the airport tarmac. Eaux took the deflated team to a 5-2 record, win over the #4 team in the country, a national ranking and a bowl game.

Coach Eaux took over an LSU team that had won 4 of its last 9 games leading to Les being let go. He again took an unranked team to a record of 6-2, national ranking and a bowl win over #13 ranked Louisville.

Herman? - well he lost to SMU 38-16 while being favored by 23 points. Not to mention losses to Navy and Memphis when he had the most talented team in his conference.

You must have been drinking because you are normally not this stupid.

The past is the ONLY thing to judge them by ???? Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha.

So when does Saban's tenure end? At Michigan State?

Is Bill Belichick still judged by when he was fired by Cleveland?

MORON !!!

youve already publicly posted that the only action youve ever disagreed with o about was Janzen Jackson

If we are still around, you will still be saying this in 10 years. How long ago did this question/answer session take place?

Do you have short term memory problems? I've never seen anybody act like stuff that happened decades ago is the ONLY thing that matters TODAY.

Nah. Can't count interim coaching jobs as turnarounds. The kids are looking for a spark and O gives them that spark with his gimmicks and motivational tactics. That's why he's a good interim coach, but that stuff gets old quick.

Also, the way he coached as interim was free and loose, you could see it at every press conference, then last year, the pressures of answering questions as the full time head coach clearly got to him and he wasn't so free and loose anymore.

Uh no, we just needed a QB. We saw what happened when we had a QB that could execute the offense in 2013.

amazing eh? how do these alter assclowns even make this shite up? they keep moving goalposts. This dipshit alter is probably that guy who was a huge miles fan and used transformer jargon calling everyone "deceptitigers" instead of negatigers.

yes when we had on offense Mett, Landry, OBJ, Hill, Blue, Travis Dickson at TE, and Trai Turner, Lael Collins, V. Alexander, J Hawkins on the OL and still managed to finish 7th in the SEC in total offense and 5-3 in the SEC. I would say he way under achieved. It was Camerons first season as OC at LSU and he went steadily down hill from there.
