Here's the harsh facts - D1 Baseball projects 5 SEC teams as national seeds, and Baseball America projects 6. It's safe to say that the Top 4 in the SEC will get National Seeds.

Don't focus on our record, but rather our position in the conference.

Vandy has a MUCH easier schedule ahead so they will pass LSU.

Vandy got smacked twice last weekend by Oklahoma. You can’t predict what any team in this conference will do from week to week.

Yep, a reasonable take on predictive records below:
Vandy:
1 win at ole miss
2 wins vs bama
1 win at tennessee
2 wins vs kentucky

Lsu:
2 wins vs tennessee
1 win at a&m
2 wins vs arkansas
2 wins at south carolina

That would have lsu finishing 2 games over vandy

Top 8 seed may have been lost tonight

If we’re on the bibble, and don’t get it, then every SEC loss was the one that cost us.

Same guy that thinks Nolan Ryan threw 108 mph? I like our chances.

Explain 98 mph at 46 years old in the 90s. You honestly don’t think he threw harder than that in 1973 when he was young? How about the fact that that 98 was not taken out of his hand by trackman, but rather measure somewhere between the plate and the mound. Most guns were taken at the plate and not out of the hand. That’s why all of major league baseball believes exactly the same thing that Skip and Ben MacDonald have said is that the way the ball is measured today is 3 mph slower than it was in the 90s.

There are multiple reports that both Ryan and JR Richards that build Ryan and JR Richards commonly hit 103 on the gun.

There’s nothing wrong with an athlete being better than everybody else in baseball today. You should know about pictures Sandy and Ryan because threw than the pitchers today. And they threw a lot more pitches and innings.
