If they were just college kids and not football players then I would totally agree with you. But football players also represent the university, and they are held to a higher standard, for better or worse. They have an obligation to stay out of trouble, whether they start it or someone else does.
I don't think any of these kids will go to jail, or even face any real serious charges, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be held accountable to the team for what they were involved in.

It's really funny to me watching this dumb arse thread unfold that SARGE has an interesting Sig photo. Isn't that the Sarge who left his fellow soldier to die at the hands of the NVA in Platoon?
I guess if SARGE had his way the whole program would be shutdown and all the bars in TLAND would be off limits to the students.

How scared do you think these cops are that are interviewing JJ? I mean he already punted a Marine from Shadys into the Bogies parking lot while pulling 3 other guys out of a truck at the same time. Those cops have no shot in a 12x12 room.

Quick questions: I don't really care about breaking curfew but I have to ask: What's the point of having the curfew if it's common knowledge that it's acceptable that no one has to abide by it? Why have it in the first place? You have to think, if EVERY player knew about it and it was a "tradition" that Les Miles knew about this tradition as well. So why have it?
