Quick questions: I don't really care about breaking curfew but I have to ask: What's the point of having the curfew if it's common knowledge that it's acceptable that no one has to abide by it? Why have it in the first place? You have to think, if EVERY player knew about it and it was a "tradition" that Les Miles knew about this tradition as well. So why have it?

Apparently, It was a tradition to break curfew on that one night. Not every night that there is a curfew.

Disagree, alot of stuff that does come out, does so because of our new age social media, but IMO, this was coming out either way.

Not a chance. I've witnessed 3 fights involving FB players at tigerland in the late 90's and they were never mentioned on the news.

I know a recent player who is very recognizable and he said they got in bar fights just about every weekend.

It's just a PR move to make the program seem more respectable.

It's a tradition unlike any other. The Night after Summer Camp. Exclusively on CBS.

Are you really that dense?

Last day of fall camp, school started Monday, etc. It's the last day they'll get to do that and be off the next day. Makes sense to me.

are you saying you have done everything your mother and father asked of you. you have never exceeded the speed limit, run a red light, broke curfew, took a pen from work, cheeted on a test, had pre marital sex. ect. none of these thing are right. however, they are things just about ALL people have done. when caught, there is punishment.

i'm getting really tired of all the choir boys stating these guys should be suspended, kicked off the team, ect. for breaking curfew. they are getting the proper punishment for such rule breaking. running and public embarassment/humiliation is appropriate for the crime.

the fighters, that's a different story. there should be a harsher punishment once all the facts are known.

What has JJ (and others) done?

So many upset because they think that JJ (and others) may "get off", but I still don't know what he or others did.

Please explain your strong position for discipline and the basis for it.
