And what does that have to do with personally bashing him? Talking about his play is one thing but personally calling him names, racial slurs, posting death threats and other things on social media is too much. He needs to handle adversity more maturely yes, but he's done nothing to deserve what he's been getting lately. Nothing justifies it.

I doubt the players give a shite what these sidewalker clowns think anyway. If you are on here bashing someone who made it further athletically than you ever have or ever will then maybe it is time to reevaluate your own life.

The post is about personally bashing ANY player including Harris. It was immediately seen as being just about Harris. Nothing wrong with talking about their play but it's when you go beyond that and personally attack them. That's when it goes too far.

You want the admins to do something about people on social media? I'll ask again, what comments on this site are you talking about? I haven't seen this so called "vitriol." In fact, until today and the Tweet, most comments about Brandon that I can recall were entirely focused on his play. He hasn't been a disliked player on a personal level on this board in the past. Rather the opposite.

You don't know that. And tell me what sport have you played? I played high school basketball for two years before I injured my ankle so bad I couldn't play again. I decided to go to LSU where I have TWO degrees and working on my masters. So while I didn't get "further athletically", I think I've done pretty well for myself.
