I don’t get this, they have nothing coming back on offense outside of Isaiah Spiller. They lost Mond (not that he was good). Nobody knows this teams identity on offense. Is Jimbo really that highly regarded?

I get that aggie had a good season last year amid all the covid mess, but I'm just not buying that they've reached the next level. If Max started vs A&M last season most likely LSU wins.

it literally still blows my mind how top "analysts" continue to rank A&M high preseason when year in and year out they prove to be extremely overrated.

New QB and 3 or 4 O linemen. New receivers.
This team will have a 3-4 loss Les Miles team. Heavy on the run and play action. Defense will put them in third and long quite a bit. QB is too inexperienced to really be successful. Their defense will be outstanding , but will be on yhe field a lot. You will see it get tired , especially against the fast paced teams , because the offense won’t be able to stay on the field. This is fools gold for A&M.

The media loves them some Jimbo. They consider themselves elite judges of ability because the think they can decipher the speed talk gibberish that rolls out when he makes comments. They also believe that their returning talent will finally get them over the top completely ignoring the fact that there are several teams in the SEC with returning talent. LSU is just one of them.
