Downloaded the new LSU sports mobile app that is going to be required to get into the stadium on Saturday. When I click on the My Account icon, all I get is a blank page with a little bit of random coding at the top. Anyone else having the same problem?

It same problem for me but I log in on my computer with no issue at all. Then go to app and use the exact same username and password and it says password not correct. Just maddening. Same exact info and it won’t work.

The tickets are NOT in the Mobile app for download. The Mobil app will be used to take the Covid questionnaire the day of the game as well as keep you updated on moving items. Your tickets should have come yesterday (mine last night) via a separate email to download directly to your Google Pay or Apple wallet.

You'll take the Covid 'test' anytime Saturday on the app and just show your tickets to gate person on your cell phone.

My question is they told us you'd receive a parking pass even if you don't typically pay for a pass. I did not receive a parking pass...just tickets.

They told me that my tickets and parking pass would be e-mailed to me 48 hours before game time. ....................................Edit - Just checked my e-mail. They were sent last night.

Mine are in the LSU mobile app under "tickets" at the bottom. Downloaded them last night.

do you really need the app? I just clicked on the link in the email sent yesterday and added the tickets to my iPhone's Wallet app.

Edited: the app is needed for the Covid questionaire.

No you don't need the app for your tickets but the only place you can do the stupid Covid thing is on the app.

I think you can get to the stupid Covid thing (LOL, I agree) at www.cdc.gov/screening/index.html. It’s only good for one day so you have to do it the day of the game.

Didn't get a parking pass either. Are they sending them separately?

Yeah. It's on lsusports.net.

You can't fill it out until Saturday morning. It's just 4 questions.

LSU football fans are reminded to complete a COVID-19 screening on their smart phones prior to arriving on campus for Saturday's season opener versus Mississippi State.

As part of LSU Athletics' commitment to safety, all ticket holders 18 years of age and older must complete the CDC Facilities COVID-19 screening. The screening may be completed on the LSU Sports Mobile app, which is now available for download. The screening process will be available in the LSU Sports Mobile app starting at 12 a.m. CT on Saturday morning.

The CDC Facilities COVID-19 screening requires each fan ages 18 or older to answer four questions. Those fans not familiar with the CDC Facilities COVID-19 screening questions can access them at www.cdc.gov/screening/index.html. Once the questions are answered, fans will either receive an approved pass, which will be displayed in GREEN on the mobile screen "Access to CDC Facilities Approved" or a denied notification "Access to CDC Facilities Not Approved" which will be displayed in RED. Those fans with an approved notification will have access to Tiger Stadium, while those with a denied notification will not be admitted to the stadium.

If ticket holders have an issue downloading the LSU Sports Mobile app or accessing the CDC Facilities COVID-19 screening, they can get assistance on site at the LSU Guest Services kiosks located outside Gate 9, Gate 20, or the southwest corner of Tiger Stadium near Gate 1. Paper forms will also be provided at the guest service kiosks.

In addition to the COVID-19 screening, the LSU Sports Mobile app provides quick and easy access to game tickets and up-to-date alerts.

Here are some more reminders to ticket holders as they prepare for Saturday's game in Tiger Stadium: Add your tickets and parking passes to your mobile wallet with the LSU Sports Mobile app or by logging on to your account at LINK a mobile browser.

Mask up! Face masks covering the nose and mouth are required on campus and at all athletic venues. Plan to leave your home early to allow plenty of time to enter the stadium. If you feel sick, please stay home! All gates of the stadium will be accessible to ticket holders.

When arriving at the gate checkpoint, display your approved COVID-19 screening to the gate attendant on your smart phone.

Geaux Safe: Clear bags smaller than 12" x 6" x 12" are approved but not encouraged to prevent long lines. Bags will be checked by the gate attendant.

Ticket holders are permitted to bring a 34-ounce or 1 liter (or smaller) factory-sealed bottle of water into stadium.

Proceed to the entry gate and have your tickets open on your smart phone. Your tickets will be scanned by a guest relations team member directly from your smart phone.

After entering the stadium, you will notice that all concession stands are cashless. Cash-to-card machines are available at select locations throughout the stadium. Face masks may be temporarily removed while consuming food and beverages at your seats, provided physical distancing is observed. To learn where concession stands are located, explore the interactive venue map on the LSU Sports Mobile app.

Cover your coughs and sneezes at all times. Wash your hands regularly and often, and avoid touching your face. Maintain physical distancing from others, and be aware of social interactions. LSU Athletics appreciates your patience as it works toward creating a safe and enjoyable environment this season.

I plan to just print off the questionnaire from the CDC website and fill it out. Connectivity to the LSU app may be an issue at the stadium.

I am on hold now to ask that very question Chicken. I’ve been on hold for quite some time. Probably one student working the phones on the day after emails were sent.

In another thread, Coon called LSU and asked and he was told Wednesday (today). So good chance you will get an email with the parking pass at some point today.

It sure would be nice if LSU told us parking passes will be in a separate email instead of keeping us in the dark.
