OP also blames Nola for the 2013 loss to UCLA.

Actually, that was Alex Bregman. Lol

It’s so ironic that he’s the one who made the error that blew that game of all people.

Yup! Someone who absolutely knows nothing about baseball! Maybe the Marlins aren’t a great team but they still are major league ball players. Every player on that team is better than 99% of the players Nola faced it college! Nola is a great pitcher but that’s baseball! Educate yourself next time!

If he pitched 9 perfect inning he still wouldn’t have gotten a decision. It happens you need run support to win any game.

I actually witnessed a pitcher with the astros lose a no hitter. the astros have been an amazingly futile franchise. that has changed after having the first or second picks of the draft for 5 years but it remains to be seen how they hold the team together over a period of time.

That’s interesting.

can't remember the pitchers name for shite but the only game scored was by a new player with the Cincinatti Reds; name of Pete Rose. he was walked, stole second, took third on a FC and scored on a sac fly. there was a reason he was nicknamed the hustler ( an a-hole for sure but one hell of a ball player).

I have been lucky to be able to witness some of the games greats. many before games were televised more than once a week.

It's not Rocket Science to spell an LSU coach's name correctly, but for many of you DAGRCD's on here, it seems more difficult than Nuclear Physics.

This type of indignation over spelling in posts is so damn stupid. Who gives a crap if a name is misspelled? Get over it.

Pitchers have bad days. Verlander gave up 4 HR's in 6 innings today. I've seen Clemens fail to get out of the first inning. It happens. No reason to panic.

M A N E R I. As in Jim Maneri, a pitching analyst in the Phillies organization who provides opposing batting info to the pitching coach.

Why would Paul Marinara’s job be in jeopardy over this? That’s just regular ole Mississippi brown dirt type of thinking stupidity.
