No, we have had exactly one good hitting performance against SEC competition in the past month. That’s an outlier, not the norm. The norm is to beat up on the shite out of conference and then suck in conference unless Jay has Paul’s recruits

We are very in danger of not getting a top 8 seed after today. SEC gets 4 of them. Texas and Arky are locks if we do not take the series next weekend. Then it’s us, UGA and Auburn. UGA has the RPI love to take us out. Auburn swept our asses so good luck in that head to in the committee room. We need the Arky series and Arky will come in with a huge pitching edge next week due to TV scheduling and weather delays this weekend. All of their pitching is getting an extra day and we will have Kade on a short week.

I don’t care about A&M’s potential. LSU needed to take this series when they had the chances as in two. Pitching was dominate all weekend until the 8th today. Hitting shite the bed for 27 innings and fielding cannot be dropping routine flies.

Pitcher hung the pitch with 2 on base. We had no business losing to a&m. We need to do better at the plate overall our pitching is good.
