As someone who has been rough on BK for his results..

I will say, one of the reasons he came here was to get a piece of Nick Saban. He managed to do that and gave us one of the most spectacular finishes against Bama.

It takes something special to beat Bama like that. Maybe 2025 is the year

Is there a current dominant football team that has had a coach 3 years or less?

Running quarterbacks will have our number until we get some better safety play.

I know this will be a hot take but I think that the 2022 win vs Bama had less to do with BK and more to do with having a superstar QB who was able to cover up for our deficiencies and single-handedly carry our team to victory

We had that in 2019 when Saban was strong. We pay him $10m per year to do better.

If the QB gets to the safety, you already lost.

Daniels was better last year, and we lost.

This is an unfortunate reality. Thanks to Jayden Daniels and others, the game has changed. Every team is now playing similar defensive schemes to try to slow down the uncovered runner.

We weren’t very good at it the last couple of years.

imo, you are 100% correct. JD's last year was the most dynamic year I have ever seen a QB produce considering the talent around him. He did have some good receivers, but other than that, JD made plays when everything else broke down. When one looks at running stats alone, it would seemingly indicate a talented OL. But JD's unreal scrambling was the real reason our offense did anything at all. I don't give any of the coaches credit for anything other than possibly showing JD what he could do when everything breaks down. We need to stop referring to our 'offense' in 2023 as being anything other than an unreal performance by one player.
