Unbelievable some of you think that Brady was this Messiah of Offense.

i don't think he is, but i don't think SL continues the same philosophy and SE doesn't have much experience with the offense himself

It's execution that makes the difference. You've read the quotes by other coaches. " We run the same plays, their players just run them better."

Good post. Linehan is a big time offensive mind and premier QB developer at the highest level. I believe that our base offense, philosophy, and strategy will remain the same. We must continue to innovate and Linehan brings that kind of depth and know how to maintain and expand our offense. We’ll see, but I think this is a great replacement for Brady. BTW, Brady has not yet gotten his initial first down as a NFL coordinator. He will but is NFL untested.

Nope. Not a Les Miles type guy. Do a little research please. What were the Detroit Lion stats with Matthew Stafford and Calvin Johnson while he was OC there? He ran Zeke at the Cowboys because that was the best chance to win for that team. He was pass heavy with the Lions because that was the strength of that team.

disagree.

The key is to BOTH developing and coaching (two different things) the WRs.

If CEO thinks MJ is up to it, and that's based on the presumption that he learned enough from Brady, then let's roll with it.

Yes, do need to be able to work with QBs... but we've had numerous years where much of the lackluster QB play could be put mostly on the system, but partially on the WRs.

I'll put it this way... without proper coaching for the WRs we will never maximize the use of a QB.

But do you think people really don t understand this?

If they don't, then yeah the6 don t know football
But the base concepts are there and o is counting on e and an NFL of for 20 yrs to figure out to go with the flow of the game.
E can call plays he just needs help with new concepts every week.

Tettleton can even help with that.

I think they will be fine
