Thanks Scoop, we needed that. Sometimes we find ourselves in the midst of adversity and/or controversy. It's how you respond during that time, that determines who you are. WE ARE LSU, let's act that way. 
ps I hope that, after our game, I have to go on the Bama boards to return the favor.

Scoop, this is the best thread of the year and you are spot on target. Many of our fans are irrational jerks and idiots of the game and don't realize that winning is hard in the SEC and NOBODY is exempt from some down seasons. You know this with BAMA, and now I think you have the best team in the country in 2009. With Saban, you will also have some down years down the road -- ie. TN, GA, AU, and LSU last year. Too much parity in the SEC and breaks that determine winning and losing in a few games each season. Many of the idiots think that Miles can make up new plays and draw them in the dirt on the field and win, and forget how Miles held the team together with Katrina/Rita and earns parent's and players trust to come to LSU. GREAT POST.

Please! Regardless of your obvious arse kissing, LSU is definitely in a decline, and as long as Miles is here, it will continue. Since the first 3 years passed, LSU is 13 - 6. And we are just starting to get to the tough part of the schedule this year. If I was a Bama fan, I would also love LSU having Miles as their coach, and build them up! It's funny how all the Miles apologists during a week off and after some Bama redneck spouts off his cumbaya, that all of you idiots just forget and want to just sweep under the rug the serious problems with this team and especially the offense and the crappy way it is run! Miles is a fricking blockhead when it comes to coaching and running team as far as putting right players in positions to help team win in big time situations, especially after the Saban recruited players have departed. Anyway, keep drinking the purple and gold kool-aid, but lets hear your tune yall are singing after Nov 28th. If we don't lose atleast 3 more games I'll be shocked. And I wish I would be proven wrong, hell please prove me wrong coach Miles! But the way he plays the big ten stuck in the mud mentality, and not playing great freshmen, and QB issues, God help em!

Idiots like you ran off charlie mac and look what happened...we wandered in the wilderness till the late 90s early 2000s.......one day idiots like you might get your way and have miles fired and it will be a sad day for our program and unfortunately we might get what we deserve (a crappy coach) because every coach would know that we tear apart and eat up our own...
