Apparently not much to the La kids who have already committed. Spring games are such a bore. 25-30K is about as much as I've ever seen at LSU and our recruiting has been solid for quite some time.

that's the same thing people on the west coast say when confronted with our fans. "there's nothing to do in the south other than football".

I don't think it hurts us that we don't have as many at our game, but it sure would be cool to have that many.

The op smells like a gump. When little nicky was here - what was the attendance at our spring games?

Man did you watch the Texas spring game. Less people than ours.

Bottom line is the people of this state have other things to do in the spring than to attend a spring football game.

I don't think a potential recruit really cares how many people are at a spring game.

Get over it.

I have lived there and I can tell you first hand that those hicks have nothing other than football. The economy of their towns and lives in general completely revolve around football. Does that make them better fans? No. It makes them rednecks with nothing more to live for than football.

Probably that people in Alabama have nothing else to do. AL is NOT the Sportsmen's Paradise, LA is.

LSU fans consider NOT ATTENDING a point of pride.
We excel at what we excel at, and we aren't all spazzed out about scrimmages.

The Bayou Bash is the #1 recruiting all-day party in America. Thats our sideshow. Then we put it on hold until September.

Our gameday environment is widely considered to be #1 in America.
Thats what we do. GAMEDAY. Tiger Stadium. 200,000 on campus. TAILGATING.

Bama has # 1 Spring game and #1 t-shirt industry.
Auburn has their instate-rivalry with Bama.
Have fun with all that.

In the spring we have shite to do.
