This beam scoring is so weird. A 9.800 and 9.950 split for Konnor. Definite balance check on the side aerial. I guess the average kind of works out, though.

Any chance we could see chase go in the last spot on the floor if all stays cold? We keep talking about her on vault but she was pretty good on flier last year too. If kiya is having hot feet then rest her.

Now Kiya gets a 9.85 from judge #2 with no major wobbles and a stuck dismount. The front toss had the slightest deduction. The other judge went 9.9.

I tend to look at the score sheets after every meet and it makes even less sense. Judges individually are crazy inconsistent troughout the lineup.

Two things bug me about these matches:
1.) during the floor routine, the rest of the team mimics the arm movements of the young lady that is competing on the floor. Very distracting.
2.) MUST the gymnast who just finished her routine double high five every member of the squad, the coaches, and 12 other people? That must get tiring. There has to be a better way of congratulating or encouraging your teammate.

I love Aleah to death, but her beam has been a tremendous disappointment this year. They have to get her back on track by SEC
