Re:Charles Alexander-In 1978 my second semester American History survey course textbook was previously owned by Charles Alexander. He signed his name on the title page and under his name put "Broussard Hall." I still have that book all these years later. That class was in the big classroom on the first floor of Lockett Hall. Its a horrible room I wish they would demolish Lockett Hall.

I remember him vs OM in '76 at TS. We were beating them bad and when he came out after halftime he ran all the way to the SEZ with his helmet off getting us fans fired up.

Remember, OM had beat us 13-17 in Jackson in '76 so it was some payback going on.

He played DL for us, not LB. But he played LB for the Dolphins. Great athlete.
