Awful performance allowing Pepperdine to come on our home courts and pull the upset. Very disappointing.
For whatever reason we’ve improved in the country club sports but we co to lay an egg on the big stage.

Yep. Had the home path to host until the final 8 site. Could’ve hosted Baylor next week in the super regionals

Arkansas dropped their tennis programs. Verge needs to out Danny Bryan on notice Tennis will suffer a similar fate if we don’t improve and advance next year.

Tbf Pepperdine is a tennis school. They have a national title from 2006 and a final four in 2011. But still not a good loss

It seems like we didn’t show up or take them seriously and that usually falls on coaching.

How long do you reward incompetence? BK and McMahon deserved to get fired.
I wouldn’t have stopped there. At minimum Dennis Shaver, Tonya Johnson, and Beth Torina should be fired and all the others we talk about (JJ, Bryan, Jake Amos) need to be put on notice.

Firing Bryan wouid be crazy. Regardless of this loss, this was a massive improvement year. Going from last in the SEC and missing the tournament to the #7 overall seed in one year.
He proved he can build a good roster quickly this year
