That is more than one TD every 100 yards (1 TD every 94 yards of passes). Anything to compare to this. I think it is amazing.

We talk about Jarret Lee’s senior season about how good he was before getting benched for JJ. Burrow threw for 4000 more yards and over 40 more TDS

In the post season, (UGA, OU, Clemson) JB was -

88 of 126 (70%) for 1,305 yards with 16 TD's and ZERO interceptions

That's a avg of 29 completions per game with 435 yards passing and 5.33 TD's per.

This is by far the best LSU team ever and I don't think there will ever be a better season of LSU football ever again. There will be some good ones, I'm sure. However, this team and this season will probably never be beaten.

I wonder if he could be beat on Madden, if his computer power ratings were accurate

Sorry, Jarrett Lee, the man who gave us 3 pick-sixes in only one game, will always live in my mind as a very less than stellar LSU QB. I can't believe you actually compared Jarrett Lee with Joe Burrow, as I don't remember Jarett Lee ever being good, period. That's a mind-boggling comparison right there. Jarett Lee, give me a freaking break.

Tied 3 all time single season record.

The other top 3 performers all have more than at least 170 more passing attempts than Joe Burrow. None played nearly the competition that Joe Burrow played. Let that sink in.

That's hard to believe.
Some kid posted 5000 yards and 50 TDs in a thread predicting stats pre-season and The Rant ate him for lunch.

That’s nuts.

Watching him all year I knew he was beasting, but I didn’t realize just how dominant this season was until more recently.

Lee’s pick 6’s were in his fresman season, not senior season. His Freshman year, he went:
For 1873 yards, 14 TDS, and 7 pick 6’s.
His senior year, he threw 14tds verses just 3 picks.

This is the craziest stat in my opinion. Joe took care of the ball ALL season long. That was very pivotal to our success.

Jarrett Lee was ruined after being thrown in the fire his freshman year. He had great arm talent, but couldn’t get it together between the ears. The system did not help.

I think he posted 7000 yards passing and got roasted. Though in retrospect he wasn't too far off

When was his last INT, I don't even remember. I think I remember him throwing 2 in one game also, but even that is fuzzy.
