Brian Kelly is not going to do pay for play with players. It sets a bad precedent with other players you have on the team and also trying to recruit other blue chippers. Just my opinion.

I dont see how the ncaa or any other college football orginization can continue to limit players to a certain number of years of eligibilty but then pay kids like they are professionals.
