Mulkey will have to recruit and develop a bench to compete with Staley. Two or three great players alone won’t beat them.

It almost worked last year when we had virtually no depth in the SEC Tournament championship with Poa out; we were surprisingly competitive in a 79-72 loss. We just made too many careless turnovers and went STONE cold from the court with shots

South Carolina was preseason #1 for a reason. They're deep and talented, and their defense is the best we've seen. Playing on the road there is hard, too
