It's kind of important here.

If OT was so easy, you'd think most would go longer than 2-3 OTs eh?

I do agree with Roger that given the way that the 2nd half had gone, it looked highly unlikely that Mond was gonna be able to score. LSU had completely shut them down the entire 2nd half. I never thought in a million years that aTm would have gotten into the endzone.

Trying to run clock, not turn the ball over and pin them deep with little time left, I'd take that any day

A&M had the second best run defense in the league coming in, and throwing at that point was out of the equation

have definitely seen ben say the offense has to be better next season and I believe he even said if it's not that Ensminger has to go. It may not be often, but I do recall him saying

You and I have definitely had that conversation. I highly doubt that oohlala went back and checked anything. He's lying to get an argument started. Then he'll be able to cry about me calling him bad names.

You still don't grasp that most teams lose even after scoring in an OT?

Embarrassing.

You're looking at this from a biased perspective. We played it correctly

The fact that our offense can’t be held accountable for 10 yards but our defense is expected to get not 1 but 2 stops at the end of games is what’s wrong with every pumpers expectations.

Our defense gave us several opportunities to win this game and we fricked them after all of them.

Get a stop- muffed punt

Get a stop with 2:30 to go- 3 and out

Force a field goal on the 1st possession in OT - get 3 yards in 3 plays inside the 10.

That's the way I'm playing it every time. We just disagree that the defense lost the game on that drive because there are too many other oppurtunites to have been up by more than the 1 score in the previous 59 minutes of the game.

I would have tried to get a 1st down rather than putting my defense that was missing 4 starters, and 2 of the top 3 corners, back on the field to try and stop a team in a 2 minute situation.

ETA: Bootlegging out Burrow with 1 read or eat it isn't some crazy notion. It can serve the same purpose as a run in that situation, or it can go for a 1st if it's open.

Orgeron and Ensminger don't have the stones to make a call like that though. That has been proven.

Let's just say the defense didn't hold the lead. I think everyone will agree

I think if you lean on something long enough it snaps.

: how? Throw the ball?

"Try to get a first down" is pretty vague and I don't think we sat on the ball

Maybe but I remember us running 3 pretty vanilla run plays.

Moving the pocket and giving the QB and run/pass option is miles better coaching that running 3 ISO plays and punting.

shite like that is what got Miles fired.
