What's the odds of going 78 yards in one minute to tie a game? You seem to be pretty big on odds.

Probably higher than you think.

Yeah, and I thought the offense could gain 10 yards and win the game. The difference between you and I is I don't solely blame the offense because the team lost the game.

Well of course. You hold the defense to a different standard than the offense.

They consistently have to perform well for us to win. The offense can have lapses for huge portions of the game and it's ok. It's the defense's job to carry their water.

We are tied and I imagine we play for a FG on our last offensive possession

Agree or disagree

A&M was up 24-17 with 10 minutes in the 4th driving into LSU territory at LSU's 40 when LSU's D forced a defensive TD. That could have been a 14 point swing or at least 10 point swing right there.

Great position to take when you’re arguing it’s Aranda’s fault.
Stupid to be ok with a strategy that gives the opposing team another chance to win the game.

so the fact that we can barely move the ball changes because we need to score?

Get outa here with this shite..

WTF? Your strategy totally changes in those two scenarios. You seriously don't understand this?

Sure our strategy changes

We just aren’t very good even when we need to be.

You asking someone else this question in this thread after the nonsense you've posted is the epitome of irony.

I truly hope you're trolling.

Are you "special?"

Why do you think that last drive was so disappointing?
I mean if it were Chavis I wouldn't have had faith. The defense crumbled under pressure on the final drive.

You don't understand holding a lead from giving up the lead

I am Disappointed in the last drive, but I dont Blame the defense. Everything that could go A&Ms way did, and they got a lot of lucky breaks even if you agree with the refs all the way.

But don’t come in here and pretend like you like the strategy of just milking a litttle clock and giving A&M a second final chance.

Our timid fricking offense playing to not lose games is why we have so many of these fricking late game loses.

Being able to comprehend that a loss comes down to a sequence of events over a 60 minute game, and not simply blaming it on one drive, is something I'm actually proud of.

It's funny that you're scoffing at such a notion while calling other people simple and/or retarded.

Not gonna argue that the offense struggled at times but getting into FG position late in the game, you're facing some prevent defense

Wut

The odds were astronomical. I blame the defense for giving up the lead.

Now, you can blame the offense for not holding the ball.. but that was mainly strategy.

You keep saying the odds were astronomical when it happens all the time.

Like you think 1:30 isn’t enough time to score a TD when you’re throwing every play and going for it on 4th down?

That’s not astronomical.

Every time you give them the ball their oddsmof scoring go UP not down.

That's what I would have done, but I must admit it would have been awesome to see the coaches have the onions to ice the game there.

Oh, I know the answer Roger. I just don't give a frick how many there have been.

You on the other hand, have asked that question at least 3 times in the past few pages. Probably thinking that you'll impress someone with all that football knowledge you think you possess.

By the way, the way you wrote "I know the answer. You don't" sounds like something a 4th grader would say.

Nice job.

Why?

You just need 1 first down.

Be a little fricking creative

I am Not saying they should have gone fornitnon 4th but have some kind of offense that can get 10 yards when needed.

In your own territory holding a lead?

They played the odds and it was the right move
