4 weeks at an NFL camp and we’re cut

Does anyone really believe a couple of mini camps and 4 weeks of pre season camp made these individuals super robo football players. Also they were cut. There is no advantage to getting these guys because they tried out for the NFL. It doesn’t make them some super player. The advantage is getting an experienced college player to add depth or fill a need on the team.
Honestly they should have been more prepared had they spent the spring and summer at LSU working out and working with the team. So if anything they come in late and are less prepared to impact the early season.
We did not get Aaron Donald, Gronkowski and Rejjie White in their prime NFL form.

The college players these days act more like pro players than NFL players with their NIL demands and constant transfers. NFL players don't even move around that much. It's all a joke now after NIL opened the floodgates.

Not any reasonable people.
It looks much more insidious and gets many more clicks when you can phrase it as "former NFL player returns to college" instead of "player who would have remained in college for his last year of eligibility like players who played spring sports in his academic and athletic calendar year withdraws from the NFL process and attempts to complete his NCAA eligibility."
That doesn't grab the attention of the masses unfortunately.

Usually I don’t think it would make them that much better, but Pyburn somehow looks like a monster DE and at LSU he couldn’t ever finish the job.
If we get him back we might have the best defense in CFB

That's the irony in this whole drama. Some, if not most, of these players coming back are depth pieces.

Which they likely would have been if they had known they were eligible for another year. This is more a failure of the NCAA and their timelines again.
