This has been an ongoing problem for years. But people act like this will all be fixed in June. Good luck with that.

We have not been a strong hitting team against good pitching for years. I know, no one hits good pitching. But we are notoriously bad. Pop outs and strike outs everywhere. You have to have quality at bats against good pitching if you are ever going to get a break. Weak ground balls don't leak through very often and K's and FO's never produce base runners.

Same thing happened in 2013 with a solid LSU hitting team in the CWS. 2 runs in two games against 2 aces. Not cherry picking. It’s callwd a common trend against aces
