That’s pretty much been corrected. LSU has won 8 of the last 9, with the only loss an OT loss in 2021 after O was fired and the team was just going through the motions.

F that. We could lose them all. We could win them all.

I think we beat Vandy and TX am. Bama and OK are my worries.

And test Arky always plays us tough regardless. They looked much better vs Tenner.

Who have we beaten that’s any good
Who has Ohio St beaten? Who has Oregon beaten?

ND has 2 losses and are ranked pretty high up regardless, yet how good are they really? They've lost to the only 2 good teams they played.

TAMU has played nobody good. A 2 loss ND team?

Miami getting props for also beating 2 loss ND a G5 team in South Florida, and now a 3 loss FSU team.

Texas Tech bludgeoned Utah, I'll give them that, but Utah? That's all they have played.

I like Indiana, but Illinois is overrated and Oregon is too however most won't agree to that or see it like I do until Oregon's postseason. They are exactly what i expected in the offseason (needing to develop this year because of the offseason losses from the team).

Ole Miss beat LSU, so they get props, but how good are we really? Ole Miss hasn't done anything of note outside of that and could have easily lost to Arkansas and Washington St. How good are they really?

If you're talking teams currently above LSU, only Alabama gets my stamp of approval based on wins. They have found a way to beat pretty good teams weekly since the FSU debacle.

Now on a different note, i do think ND is decent. I do think Oregon is decent as well as Indiana is definitely good. Texas Tech and Miamia are really good to me too, and I still, above all, think Ohio St is the #1 team. What I'm really trying to say is that this season is wide open.

If i have to guess the current top 12 teams' records by the end of the season (current, meaning that I'm not paying attention to the 12 team play model), this is how I expect their records to be due to what they have currently shown;

Ohio St 12-0 (win the Big Ten CG finish 13-0)
Indiana 12-0 (lose the Big Ten CG finish 12-1)
Miami 12-0/11-1 (win the ACC CG finish 13-0/12-1)
Texas Tech 12-0/11-1 (win the Big 12 CG finish 13-0/12-1)
Alabama 10-2/11-1 (they win the SEC CG finishing 10-3/11-2)
Ole Miss 10-2 (they lose in the SEC CG finishing 10-3)
LSU 10-2/9-3
TAMU 10-2/9-3
UGA 10-2/9-3
Oregon 10-2
Georgia Tech 10-2 (they lose in the ACC CG, and finish 10-3)
Tennesse 9-3

Guys that are locks, IMO currently

Ohio St
Indiana
Miami
Texas Tech
Alabama (hate this)

Likely in

Ole Miss
Oregon
South Florida

Bubble

LSU
TAMU
UGA
G Tech
Tennesse
Notre Dame

We’ve beaten Arkansas 8 of the last 9 games. The loss was in 2021- the worst season we’ve had in the last 25 years.

Defensively… he would have needed to find HIS Baker.

He hired a Saban clipboard holder to be his defensive “genius.” Golding’s defense without the elite talent may end up keeping them out of the playoffs this year.

LSU actually plays better in Tuscaloosa, historically. Bama dominates LSU in Baton Rouge, but in Tuscaloosa LSU is usually more competitive. It's a weird rivalry.

No, we just usually suck both places but lose by a possession or two less in Tuscaloosa.

If LSU wins against Vandy and A&M, then almost all of the pressure is removed for the Bama game. You can go into that game with house money.

There is always pressure when you line up and play bama wearing a LSU jersey.

Wrong.
We want a competent, consistent team that can compete in playoffs every year. If they fall short, that’s fine but at least they showed that they should be there and it wasn’t some random chance.

Eh. That's lowered expectations. We want nattys. You START with what you described, of course.
