Prolly ex-SEC coaches, too like Hugh and gator-humper.
or its peers within his industry that saw how badly he mishandled the offensive situation last season then followed it up with a very poor replacement hire questioning just what in the frick O is doing exactly.
We fired Les due to his inability to change the offense only to have basically the same staff in place but now his former TE coach is running the offense. So yeah that's pretty questionable.

Changing the game plan against Troy = micro managing the offense now? Lol
Unless those quotes are from nick Saban or dan Mullen, both who obviously would never give comments like this, then it’s either someone from a staff we beat or one we don’t play. Seems like the latter to me, more perception based than reality based

Anonymous coach: "At LSU, if they get eight wins, don't try to spin it like it's a good year, not while the guy in Tuscaloosa is winning 12 or 13."
Ha Ha !! Wonder who this anonymous coach is?
In the East the 2nd best team behind Georgia had 9 wins. In the West, behind Bama Auburn had 10 wins and LSU had nine.
Who is this great coach that is doing so much better than LSU? There can only be two teams, because the 10 win team lost to LSU. If it isn't a coach of one of those two teams he would be an idiot.
And why would a coach of another team give a crap about what was spun about a team that only had eight wins? IF LSU wins 10 games and Auburn wins seven, you think the LSU coaches will care about how Auburn's seven win season is spun?
I hope that was a graduate assistant. If a head coach or high up assistant is worried about what will be said about another team after a season that hasn't even bee played yet, he probably will not be a coach for very long.

don't believe they claim its from SEC head coaches there lester...
ok
and you continue to pretend the only time the offense was micro managed was against Troy, that's not true either

“Don’t run so many presnap shifts, we’re starting a bunch of freshmen OL” does not equal micromanagement.

I didn’t read the article but read the title of this thread BigJ

When else BigJ? We continued to see jet sweeps & pre snap motion all year, both staples of a Canada offense. Our WRs had more carries in 1 year than in 11 seasons with Miles combined
I know how much you want to believe all these things but surely you’re not this gullible, are you?

Funny, you typed this right under the subject line of the thread that says:
"247: Anonymous SEC coaches dish on Orgeron/LSU"
But it makes everything else you type that much more believable.

LilJ just drinks the rant’s narrative, he doesn’t know. This whole micromanagement narrative is fake news.

It’s just funny to see this after O turned in our best conf record in 4-5 years. Dude is far from perfect but this is lazy reporting, tho the head line grabbers will love it for sure

Orgeron's OC mismanagement and recruiting have been a disaster.
You do realize with the addition of Burrow and the Stanford CB we easily finished in the top ten? you see that right?

yeah the title reads SEC Coaches, I would assume that includes assistants, right? They are coaches, no?
I don't think Canada was ever given the green light to truly run his offense as hew saw fit Lester, no
I'm the gullible one yet you're able to immediately dismiss this article as nonsense? Love your hypocrisy Les.
accuse me of twisting things to fit my narrative, when many of your reasons for liking O are basically made up with no evidence to back them up. Incredibly organized? OK

They don't seem to realize that Fehoko, Giles, Burrow, Moss and Alexander had to be RECRUITED to come to LSU.
They just stick to the idiotic narrative that "recruiting have been a disaster."
You just can't help but laugh at the idiots. I try not to but it is just too damn funny.

You think SEC head coaches said some of these things?

Based on what? The offense was completely different than what LSU ran in the past. We knew lots of shifts, motions, jet sweeps, and shovel passes were his lynchpins and we saw all of that. What wasn’t he allowed to run?

I really don't see a big drop in Recruiting. I believe there are between 15 and 20 top 3 round NFL draft picks on the current roster. Could have at least 2 1st round picks in next year's draft.

No moron, that isn't what I said

watch his offense at his previous stops and tell me it was the same offense. We ran a very dumbed down, simplified version of the offense.
