If they go to three permanent opponents (and they likely will), I will be very surprised if LSS doesn't get Ole Miss, A&M and Alabama.

Alabama will get LSU, Tennessee and Auburn.
Ole Miss will get LSU, State and Arkansas.
A&M will get LSU, Texas and maybe State? I can't see the SEC saddling that Aggies with both Texas and Oklahoma.

could Tennessee be that lucky in the pods? That’s too lopsided. I’d think they at least get stuck with Bama and the TSIO rivalry. Would be odd for Bama to drop both Tennessee and Auburn as rivalry games

They are not a traditional rival but TV ratings are what will drive this going forward.

Neither was Arkansas initially then it became a decent series with LSU winning more often than not.

This traditional rival thing will be a smaller list going forward so yall gotta embrace it. I don’t have any issue with LSU playing a variety of conference opponents instead of the same old same old.

Definitely not excited when Vandy SC State Kentucky or Mizzou are on the schedule but all others are exciting to me.

Maybe. The problem with trying to give everyone three permanent opponents is that some really don't have three natural rivalries. I know the Hogs have longstanding rivalries with Texas and Ole Miss, but I'm not sure about the Aggies.

And which teams get Missouri, who still seems more suited for the Big 12?
