There's no denying that Brossette was a huge step down to what us fans are used to. He was literally the starter by default. There's no need to fluff him. Any rb on the roster could've put up similar numbers (4.3 ypc)

I have to agree. Going from LF7 and Guice to Brosette was like going from a Ferrari to a basic Mustang.

I mean no disrespect as Brossette was a true tiger and tried his best, but the talent and size just weren't there. Our run game was not a big threat last year like it has been almost every year for nearly 20 years. That doesn't mean we didn't succeed in the run game. It's more that we had a better QB and receivers that opened up the run game more to allow an average RB to do well.

Thank you. I don't see why we aren't allowed to have the same criticisms that everyone else in the country has.

That’s not how this works. You copy and paste your arse off and people are gonna respond. You don’t get to pick and choose who you lock horns with. Play stupid games........

So you're saying Ensminger didn't have the horses to field a good offense?

Bad OL, bad RBs, you've been pretty unflattering of Burrow. It's amazing they did as well as they did I guess.

And have been a member a lot longer than you. How does that work? Did you just become an LSU fan? I see that you are a bandwagon idiot. Welcome aboard newcomer.

You have to go back to 2011 to find a year where our RB who was first in carries got under 5 ypc

how far back do you have to go to find an offensive line who gave up as many sacks and TFL as this one??

It's almost as if none of you read the article that was posted.

Maybe he's improved from last season. If Wire, Rosenthal and Traore couldn't unseat him he must be doing something right or they are not as talented as the coaches thought they were.

Traore was the only one competing with him at RT really, Magee a little too (always been a swing man). Rosenthal and Wire I believe have been working at LT.

I'll see it and believe it with Deculus, he straight up just wasn't ability level there to play RT last season. He just wasnt comfortable kicking out to his right side. He's a natural lefty.

They come in all shapes and sizes.

One guy suggested "what if we have another Katrina type event...only what if this one hits Baton Rouge dead on?!?"

When those are the lengths you have to go to...

Dude. I have been an LSU fan long before you were even born. IMO your daddy should have thought twice...

Now when it comes to college football you better take a step back....

You have ZERO clue how this offense is going to perform so quit acting like it....

FACT... end thread.......,

Maybe so, but I would hope Cregg starts the best players at OT regardless of side. Maybe the new scheme will help Dec this season. He came to LSU with a lot of hype as a top tier OT and he's struggled quite a bit.

But love Tua much more. You want to cry and make excuses for Parrish making Baby-Tua look like crap in two consecutive games some more?

you never did say if it was defense and special teams that helped LSU's Parrish make Bambino look like an elementary school band geek for the 2nd consecutive game in a row.

You can cry about the state championship and the 52-7 Parris dominance. What happened in the all-star game? Did Parrish have a better defense? Were special teams that much different? Why did Tua's team want him benched, was it the defense's fault, special teams?

We gave up 35 this year
30 in 3017 and 32 in 2012

And we threw 87 more passes than last year and 31 more passes than 3012

Saying Brosette was worse than a Guice, Fournette, And Jeremy Hill isn’t crazy.

I would believe in scheming him out of pass blocking as more improvement than suddenly being able to consistency pass block

Peter Parrish: 8/12 for 90 yards & no TDs

Taulia Tagovailoa: 13/24 for 166 yards & 1 TD
