I just watched a few highlights. Nothing to really take from those. Did not see anything from QBs to get excited about. Coverages seemed a little loose. Oh well. Lots of time to speculate.

You are looking at this all wrong. McMillan was our third string quarterback but he was the best quarterback on the field for the spring game. It is 100% possible that he has progressed better than the other two “highly rated” quarterbacks. Baker Mayfield was a walk on at not 1 but 2 different colleges and is about to be a first round pick possibly even top ten. If McMillan is our best option I’m riding with him cause i love LSU and i’m going to support the team no matter who the quarterback is or the coach.

And I was called out for mentioning a title with what we saw on the field yesterday? I mean, I love your enthusiasm, but mentioning Baker Mayfield and JM in the same sentence? Come on man. I’m not saying JM won’t end up our best option. I’m saying that option will likely lead to a 4-6 loss season.
