That's when I plan on changing the channel too.

Don't worry. ESPN edited out the cheating. You won't see the penalty or replays of several other questionable calls.

I know, I know but at least you can watch until it gets to OT.

My DVR stopped at overtime and I still haven't seen it.

You are a pussy if:

A) You point it out in the first place
B) Point out the fact that a major network would remove it from the game when replaying it, thus further proving point A

Sincerely,

Still wish the refs would have reviewed the long pass play that was called a completion towards end of regulation. That was LSU's season in a capsule - so close ..... yet so far away....

The Patrick Peterson interception "out of bounds" went viral.

And everyone remembers the blatant late hit on JJ right in front of the official that was ignored.

ESPN and the sports media have learned their lesson.

WHY is there no good replay of the gump "completion" that hit the ground on their last drive?

Why run the risk of potentially losing the game for the team that was supposed to win?

The script was followed perfectly. The backjudge responsible for the majority of the blatant cheating did what he was supposed to do.

The game was close, entertaining, and the mighty Crimson Tide and the genius Nick Saban did it to that doofus Les Miles again. Fourth time in a row! Third season in a row Saban didn't need a mulligan, thus proving his superiority over his former program.

That's old news - I'm excited about Monday's championship game between Not Bama and Also Not Bama.

Agreed. I was against the playoff until last week. LOL

I'll be against it again next year when another non-media darling like TCU or Baylor is screwed again.

However, the fact that the top two teams that would have been left out of a two-team system won, all is well. Bama vs FSU would have been the title game. Two teams that both should have lost 3-4 games had it not been for assistance from their conference would have been a sham of a title game.

I can still see (tortured by the memory) the bad call at the goal line on the punt that turned the game. The announcers said the ball never crossed the plane. They showed it a few times. It was not close. The announcers made a point of saying that the referee who saw the play called it at the one foot line but it was overturned by a ref whose view was blocked.

At the time I was wondering if such a call could be challenged and reviewed.

If Bama starts that drive at the one foot line, LSU wins 13-10, maybe even gets a safety.

Yeah, I bet that play was edited out of the replay. I'm very suspicious how "THINGS" just happen in bama's favor. The refs can't have any Bama bias!!!! Can they?

Come on, ESPN's SEC network led by bama owned Finebaum. Even CBS not complaining about the bias calls. After all they have their rating for future games to think about. Bama will insure higher ratings.
