I'm in favor of more educated coaches developing deeper staffs so they don't have to put kids in that situation.
But I can't ever see an instance where I think it should be regulated on the college level.

The announcers for UNC are saying he was out of the baseline which he was, but the runner has to allow the fielder to field the ball so he has to be allowed to leave the baseline. If he runs into the fielder, then it is interference.
