Anyone have any details? I have searched and searched and have only found a 12:30pm start time. Does the game really start at 12:30pm? We are coming in for the weekend and would like to know the schedule of events for the day. Will it be like last year? TIA

Here's what the Advocate had today.
Though LSU’s spring football games have never drawn anything close to a capacity crowd in Tiger Stadium — attendance for last year’s Spring Game was 25,032 — LSU officials are planning a series of events and promotions in conjunction with the Spring Game with the target of attracting 90,000 fans for the event.
LSU senior associate athletic director Herb Vincent said the school is planning a pre-spring game “fan fest,” which will be held Tiger Stadium’s west stadium parking lot from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. There will be bands, concessions and space walk inflatables for the kids.
At 12:30 p.m., an SEC championship celebration will begin inside Tiger Stadium, followed immediately by the start of the Spring Game.
There will be no admission charge.
March 31 will be a busy Saturday in and around the LSU campus. The LSU baseball team hosts Arkansas at 7 p.m., the softball team hosts Arkansas at 4 p.m., and the LSU men’s golf team opens play in its LSU Invitational at the University Club.

Well if they want 90,000, they better get their marketing efforts amped up. Out of town folks usually like to plan these type of weekends well in advance.

Never gonna happen! They would be lucky to get half of that.

Also great planning by LSU going up against the Final Four semi finals in New Orleans on the same day. 90,000 for the Spring Game is a pipe dream.

I am coming from Cincinnati so I challenge all Tiger Fans to show up so you can see the #1 ranked team in the country. Fill up Tiger Stadium and celebrate 2011 and 2012.

Stand in line for an hour and half in the blazing sun and not get an autograph.

Damn it! Decisions. Why couldn't they have waited a week? I guess the athletic department didn't plan on the Tigers making the FF.

I think ESPN told them the time and date of the spring game for television.
