It's kind of sad watching this and wondering what could have been for Jamarcus though. That's a lot of talent that probably won't be used again.

Chris Jackson was pretty garbage for a while. A much better punter.
Gaudet wasn't far behind.
It's amazing how good LSU's been with kickers since then.

That game was so hot and wet to begin.

Huge storm before the game. We had seats just behind the OSU bench...fun to watch Mr. Doink,Doink, Shank try to get ready for his next miss. We stood in ankle deep water near the south end zone waiting for the rain to stop! crazy win.

This was both my first LSU game and my first game as a student and I totally didn't know at the time that the endzones were flipped as far as color, and that the LSU letter font had been changed at that time. I figured things were the same for that game as they were now.

one of the idiots from my city had a white t-shirt that he grabbed a sharpie and wrote,
"beavers, chew on this. with an arrow pointing down.

That was my first game as a student sitting in the student section! With it absolutely pouring, not one person left the student section. The harder it rained, the louder we got! One of my favorite memories of my time at LSU

Things I noticed about this video so far:
Hearing the announcer say "Glen Dorsey the freshman out of Gonzalez,LA recovered that fumble"
Seeing Derek Dooley & Lil Nicky in LSU colors just doesn't feel right for some reason. It just rubs me the wrong way.
