LOL - Undefeated with no triple overtime losses. The defense never would have given up as many points.
Add that to his current 3 at AL and he probably has at least 7 + by now at LSU .......
LMAO

Saban prob wins it in 2007 I agree. The defense would've been better, the offense would've prob been less dynamic but still solid.

Miles wouldn't have won 2003 bc that team thrived off the insane blitzes and overall incredible defense that Miles wouldn't have even with Chavis. The offense didn't carry that team.

Don't think Saban does much better in 2006 bc the defense was fine and no coach could've overcome the refs at Auburn.

FWIW I don't think Saban does any better in 2011, since that team went as far as it could with those QBs.

Yeah, Nick had one really good year in five tries, but since he ran away you guys think he walked on water.

If you were around to see the defense that we had for DiNardo's last two years, then you should know that he basically did walk on water with how fast things turned around.

Yeah, I don't think the young one realize how bad the 1998-1999 seasons were. Plus I don't know why 2001 wouldn't be considered a great season.

the answer is yes, then no to the other question about 2011. To much talent mismatch that year. Saban wouldn't have even been in the game because he would have lost the 11-5 game

Yeah, 2001 was a great season. He won the SEC Championship (with a backup QB) in his 2nd year by beating #2 Tennessee who just needed a win to cruise to the BCS National Championship Game. And then LSU was equally impressive in their Sugar Bowl W.

Don't get your panties in a wad. I never said your lover boy was a bum. I said he had one really good season at LSU.

And since you say all the fricking time that only national titles count, you should agree because your thinking has Nick failing 80% of the time he was here before he ran away.

BTW, I figured you would jump at the bait to come to Nick's defense.

Oh, I know---you hate Nick and you are not an Alabama fan.

Sure, and Miles would likely have been undefeated in 2003. No excuse for Saban to lose to a weak Florida team that year.

I'm an LSU fan, however there should be lots of talk. Helfrich is winning with Kelly's players and system.
