Kelly is a proven winner and we’ll be winning again in a couple years, but those 2 coordinators will be gone before that happens. No surprise that there is a player’s meeting, grumblings, etc. right now

This is still so funny to me. Afraid to criticize Kelly at all but let’s just lampoon his coordinator hires. You know Kelly is the guy that hired em and instilled their coaching philosophies?

Last year Denbrock had Cincinatti as the #11 scoring offense.

Polians had a top 30 special teams the last 5 years at Notre dame.

To me, Kelly knows denbrock isn’t the long term answer. He’s just a guy Kelly is familiar with. He brought him in after getting turned down by a few other OCs. I expect Kelly to make a move there when he gets the overall program organized. Judging Kelly before year 3-4 is pure ignorance.

Much better opponents here in the SEC. His shite obviously isn’t flying in our conference.

Are you blind? Kelly is getting hammered here too.

In year 1

Not surprising though

Yeah, and Gary Crowton and Cam Cameron also even themselves had great offenses under LSU. What's your point? You want an OC who square peg meet round hole or an OC who adapts scheme to player personnel? For the money he's making we should have a creative mind running this offense and the only way for that to happen is for BK to get over himself and get his hand out of the offensive scheming.

Cinn was equal or lesser talented than their opponents multiple times last year

Please tell what scheme we should run. We pass the ball as much as air raid teams. Isn't that what yall want?

Lame argument when he's only coached in 3 SEC games so far.

Are we also pretending Cincy simply out-talented everyone on offense to make the CFP, including Notre Dame?

Good ole boy, hires. Near nepotism.

Neither Cincinnati nor ND consistently play competition on our level. Not a good argument in favor of either.

It’s too early to make a statement like that. End off.

Vandy would have winning seasons playing most of the bums that ND and Cincy compete against.

I really don’t like Denbrock but it’s unfair to hate on him.

He can’t hand the ball off because our backs aren’t that good and we can’t run block.
He can’t throw to tight ends because we don’t have any (yet)
He doesn’t have a whole lot to work with at the moment and there’s nothing you can really do about that.

It shows me why Peetz couldn’t run the ball last year.
