My pleasure. Great meet for our Tigers. Sydney with a career high and Myia's comeback by winning all-around.

#3 Florida is next. March 5th 2:30 at the PMAC! Let's pack it!

$5 general admission. Bring the kids, friends, grandparents, etc. Grab a random person off the street and buy them a ticket!

Considering they had 2 meets last weekend, they were solid on the road.

yes, and in their RQS they now can drop a 197.575 and replace it with this

197.692ish average for their 3 aways

197.975, 197.825 are their top 2 home scores. if they can get another 197.8+ against florida, they would drop the top 197.975 and end up with a solid 197.78ish average. not going to be able to top Oklahoma but that's OK.

Oh I don't doubt it. I feel the same way about Oklahoma. Hopefully LSU doesn't have to worry about that.

RQS should be 197.695 for us after tonight to Florida's 197.495...so still handily in lead for 2nd spot

I watched the Florida meet. I don't know if it's just me but they always seems to have very inflated scores, it's absurd. LSU has had better routines scored for a lot less. I remember last year when we went to Florida. It's was insane how inflated both teams scores were. Both of us were good but we weren't that good, it was insane receiving some of those scores.

Florida is good but I think it'll be much different in br. The judges we usually have are usually much harsher.

UCLA also seems to get a lot of inflated scores. OU at times does but I can legit say they are damn good. Although I do think they fling out 10s to Maggie Nichols to easily. She is easily the best gymnast in the country but this year I think judges have gone off the deep end cranking out 10s for some of these routines.

It will be interesting to see how these scores will look in the post season.

You can really see it in the fact that Florida's highest score away from Gainesville is 197.425 at Bama.... they have 2 road scores in 197.1 range ...conversely they have 2 scores over 197.9 and one of 197.8 at home...While LSU's road scores used are 2-197.7's and a 197.675... are roads scores are actually better than a couple of our home scores

When it comes to Oklahoma they might receive a little bit of overscoring, but they are just really freaking good

One of the best sports on campus. I love the Gym meets. TV does them no justice. If you haven't seen the athletes in person you are really missing out.

Way to go Tigers!!

Agree as I watch them on most occasions via Watch ESPN which TWC /Spectrum and Cox definitely support. Not sure about Comcast.

Reminds me of the Olympics being a huge event and our young ladies are fantastic along with DD and her staff.

It's going to be tough for anyone to unseat OK this year and just hope most of their stars graduate this year. But looks like we will give it a run.

Geaux Girls!
