Whoever made this messed something up with their bottom half of the bracket. the teams are swapped. Probably some coding error. Just ignore and swap them in your head for the correct matchups

Overlooking the misseeding of the teams-
I love this idea and it’s so damn simple!!

Designated Conf champs get auto bid
Top G5 school gets auto bid
Rest at large

That’s 4 weeks worth of playoff games
If you won your conference championship and made it to the national championship you will have played in 17 games
That’s just too many

Pick the highest AP ranked Group of Five Champ.
Then the two highest ranked non-champs for at-large wildcard bids.
Seed the 8 by AP rankings.
