and if you are big 10 you had a joke of a conference. two good to decent teams, Oregon and Ohio State. Indiana and Penn State benefitted from a pathetic big 10 after the top 4.

But to your point.....A&M was the toughest game on the schedule for Notre Dame......LSU had 5 or 6 games against teams as good or better than A&M.
