WTF is going on with the Condition of Tiger Stadium?

The South End Zone Jumbotron/scoreboard is completely out, half the seats in the South Stadium Club are rotten and literally falling apart, and now entire banks of lighting are going out during the game.
LSU needs to do better. We spend way too much on tickets, and TAF brings in plenty of money, for the stadium to be in this kind of condition. This is not some high school stadium. The fans deserve better.
