WR recruited and developed by Cortez Hankton have 29 catches, 287 yards, 3 TD this year

In 2024 it was 15 catches, 322 yards, 4 TD for a full season.
This is unconscionable, unbelievable levels of suck as a coach.
ETA: if you take out Hilton (recruited by previous staff), the numbers from last year are even worse

The point is “recruited and coached by” is going to become a term of the past if it hasn’t already. That’s not to say Hankton is a good coach but don’t really care who is recruited out of high school anymore. It’s such a small fraction of the roster by year 3/4 that it doesn’t even matter anymore
